Residence

There are all these first-year students and there is Western. Sophs form a good chunk of that bridge between the two, especially in the first two weeks.

We're often the first people students see when they come to Western. We invite them out of their cars and during OWeek we facilitate the events, making sure everyone feels comfortable. The rest of the year we're mentors, but more than that we're also just another friend.

I am a Residence Soph because I care about people. I feel like Residence Sophing is an extension of who I am.
