Residence Counselling

Residence Counselling offers free counselling services to students who live in a Main Campus Residence. We provide short-term confidential counselling to help students manage a variety of mental/emotional challenges and promote healthy living. Our offices are located in Ontario Hall, Room 3C10, and any student living in Residence can access our service by emailing needtotalk@uwo.ca at any time to arrange to meet with one of our Residence Counsellors.

Feeling stressed out? Lacking motivation? Missing your family? Struggling to make friends? Having relationship problems? Anything we missed?
