We provide short-term confidential counselling to help students manage a variety of mental/emotional challenges and promote healthy living. Our offices are located in Ontario Hall, Room 3C10, and any student living in Residence can access our service by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org at any time to arrange to meet with one of our Residence Counsellors.
Feeling stressed out? Lacking motivation? Missing your family? Struggling to make friends? Having relationship problems? Anything we missed?
Sharing what you are experiencing with a counsellor can be helpful in terms of gaining a new perspective and learning new problem-solving skills.
